Dr
Stanton T. Cooper was born in Fort Lauderdale in 1949 and
graduated from Ft. Lauderdale High School in 1967. He joined the
Air Force in 1968 and served with the 90th Special Operations Squadron
in Viet Nam from 1969 to 1971, attaining Top Secret Clearance and
earning the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Viet Nam Service Medal,
Viet Nam Campaign Medal and Good Conduct Medal, and was given an
honorable discharge in December 1971.
In 1975, Dr. Cooper returned to college and was elected to Phi Theta
Kappa, National Honor Fraternity. In 1979, he attended Palmer College
of Chiropractic medicine and graduated in 1982. Dr. Cooper was President
of his class, Supervising Intern in the Palmer Public Clinic and
Supervising Intern in the Public Radiology and Physical Exam Center.
Dr. Cooper was President of the Palmer Student Alumni Foundation
and elected to Who's Who Among Student of American Univesities
and Colleges.
Dr.
Cooper uses many of the Palmer techniques of Chiropractic treatment
including Diversified, S.O.T., and Gonstead. He is also experienced
in sports and rehab medicine, nutritional therapies, the use of
Chinese herbs, and utilizes traditional and non-needle acupuncture
techniques, using electric stimulation and laser light treatment
methods.
Dr.
Cooper has treated injuries sustained from
motor vehicle accidents for over 20 years and has testified as an
expert witness in the courts of Florida in both civil and criminal
cases.
